How I look after your details.
Last updated 30 September 2026
NJM Digital is run by Nick. This policy explains what personal information I collect through njmdigital.com, what I do with it, and how to get in touch about it. I follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
When you send the quote form, I collect what you type in: your name, business name, type of business, email, phone number, the package you're interested in, your website address if you have one, and any message. If you email or call me, I get whatever you share that way.
Like most websites, the site also handles some technical information automatically, such as your IP address and browser type. This is used to keep the site secure and to count visits, not to identify you.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To send you a one-off email confirming I got your request.
- To keep a record of our conversations if we work together.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first, and I never sell or rent your information.
Who helps me run the site
A few trusted services handle information on my behalf. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, protects the form from spam bots (Turnstile) and provides visitor statistics that don't use cookies or track you across sites.
- Resend delivers the emails sent when you use the form.
- Google Workspace runs my email inbox, where your enquiry arrives.
I'll only share your information with anyone else if you agree, or if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on the form may use what it needs to tell people from bots.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries while they're useful: if we work together, for as long as I look after your site and as long as the law requires for business records after that. If we don't end up working together, you can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call 0489 990 105, and I'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how I've handled a privacy concern, please tell me first so I can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
