What do the monthly plans cost?
Three plans, all in Australian dollars and including GST: Website Care at $499 a month, Business Growth at $999 a month (the most popular), and Growth Partner at $1,499 a month. Each one includes everything in the plan before it, and you can cancel anytime. The comparison table on the pricing page shows exactly what's in each.
Does a monthly plan include a free website?
No. The monthly plans are ongoing services. A brand-new website is a separate one-off build with its own upfront fee, and you get an exact quote before anything begins.
Can you look after the website I already have?
Usually, yes. I assess every existing site first, to check it suits my hosting and maintenance setup. If it does, I take it on under a plan. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what would need to change and quote that separately.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly I get your details and photos. I'll confirm a timeline when I send your quote. For an existing site, setup depends on how quickly I get access to your accounts and any approvals I need from you.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and they work for some people. But you'd spend your own evenings building and fixing it. With me, the design, hosting and updates are done for you, so it looks professional and keeps bringing in enquiries.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain name, text, photos and logo are always yours. The monthly plan covers hosting and looking after the site.
What if I want changes after it's live?
Ask me. Small updates like new hours, phone numbers or photos use your plan's monthly editing time: 30 minutes on Website Care, 60 on Business Growth and 90 on Growth Partner. Unused time doesn't roll over. Bigger changes, like extra pages or a redesign, I'll quote up front.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or leads?
Not rankings, and be wary of anyone who promises them. The one promise I make is the Business Growth guarantee: no genuine enquiries in the first 60 days after launch, and month 3 of your plan is on me. Otherwise I focus on steady improvements you can measure, and I report on them every month so you can see what's changing.
How and when do I pay?
For a website build, you pay a 25% deposit to start and the 75% balance once you've approved the site, and your written quote confirms the exact amounts. The monthly plans are billed monthly in advance by invoice, and you can cancel anytime. All prices include GST. Every payment comes with a tax invoice, and invoices are due within 7 days.
What do the plans not include?
No unlimited changes or pages, custom software, daily social posting, replying to followers, photography or video, ad budgets or Google Ads management, SMS and premium software fees, or major redesigns. The full list is on the pricing page.
What are add-ons?
Optional extras that sit on top of your monthly plan, like missed-call text-back and an AI receptionist. You only pay for what you want.
Do I need add-ons to get a website?
No. The website and monthly plan stand on their own. Add-ons are for when you want to capture more of the leads you're already getting.
How do add-ons get set up?
I handle the setup and connect them to your business details, services and calendar. You don't have to touch any tech.
What do I need to send you?
Your business name, what you offer, your contact details and any photos or a logo you have. If you don't have photos, we'll work out options together. For a monthly plan I'll also ask for secure access to your website, domain, analytics and Google accounts.
