Need a hand with Flap?

How do I play?

Tap anywhere to flap. Each tap lifts the bird; let go and it falls. Fly through the gaps between the pillars. Every gap is one point. Touching a pillar or the ground ends the round.

The "watch an ad to continue" button didn't appear

It shows once per round, and only when an ad has loaded. If you're offline or an ad isn't ready, the button stays hidden so you're never stuck waiting.

I bought Remove Ads, but I'm still seeing ads between rounds

Tap the gear icon, then Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

What does Remove Ads include?

It's a one-off purchase with no subscription. It stops the ads between rounds and gives you one free continue every round. You can still choose to watch an ad for an extra continue.

There's no sound

Check the speaker icon on the start or game-over screen, and the silent switch (or Action button) on your iPhone. Flap respects silent mode and plays alongside your music.

Can I change my ad tracking choice?

Yes. Open iOS Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking. If you're in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can also tap the gear icon in Flap, then Ad privacy choices.

My best score disappeared

Your best score is saved only on your phone, so deleting and reinstalling the game resets it.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
