The short, plain-English rules.
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or play Flap, an iPhone game made by NJM Digital ("I", "me"). Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps also applies, and these terms add to it. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Using the game
You can play Flap on any Apple device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game, or use it to break any law.
Ads
Flap shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties. I don't control or endorse what they advertise, and any purchase you make from an ad is between you and that advertiser. How ads use your information is explained in the privacy policy.
Remove Ads
- Remove Ads is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. It stops the ads shown between rounds and gives you one free continue in every round.
- The optional "watch an ad to continue" stays available. Watching it is always your choice.
- The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. If you change phones or reinstall, tap the gear icon, then Restore Purchases.
- Apple processes the payment. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your scores
Your best score is saved only on your phone. It isn't backed up by me, and it's gone if you delete the game.
Changes to the game
I may update, change or stop offering Flap or any feature in it. If I ever remove the Remove Ads benefit from a future version, I'll offer a fair alternative or point you to Apple for a refund.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, Flap is provided "as is", and my total liability to you for anything to do with the game is limited to the amount you paid for it (or, at my option, supplying the game or purchase again).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and I agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
